Consent first: connecting only what you choose
Data is not collected just because it is available. Every source starts with a clear choice, and can be stopped at any moment.

In health especially, the rule is not to collect everything we can. The rule is to collect what the experience genuinely needs, with your consent for each type separately.
Before connecting any device, you know what data will be used and why. You connect only what you want and leave the rest. Every extra connection is extra data that should have a clear reason.
Control is ongoing, not a one-time step: you can review permissions, change who sees what, stop location sharing, withdraw consent, delete your data, and review the alert and sharing log.
This is not a legal paragraph at the bottom of the page. It is part of the design of the experience itself. When trust is built on clear consent and data minimization, it becomes a natural result, not a promise.
